Capacity Building

Strategy

A sound strategy for training of Institutional Reforms stakeholders including capacity building of Farmer Organization / Khal Panchayats and orientation to the PID staff and FOs staff has been adopted. For successful implementation of the strategy, a Training Cell has been established at AWB level headed by Training Coordinator and Assistant Training Coordinators from Accounts, Social, Technical and Revenue fields to make the trainings more purposeful and helpful for the stakeholders. 

Training Activities

Training Cells usually conduct following activities for  the capacity building of stakeholders:
  • Capacity building and trainings of Management Committee members of FOs.
  • FOs on job support and capacity building of FOs staff and attached PID staff. 
  • Capacity Building and Training of General Body members of FOs.
  • Capacity building and trainings of PID, PIDA and FOs staff.
  • Seminars, Workshops, Conference.
  • FOs to FOs visits and interactions etc.
